RECRUITMENT

  • A person to start work within İSKUR, is selected from candidates with specific competencies, having self-confidence, in line with company objectives and strategies according to corporate culture at first hand.
  • Beginner-level staff at all levels starts working after getting a training and orientation to the job.

PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT

  • Measurement of employees' performance is based on certain criteria and performed twice a year.

CAREER MANAGEMENT

  • Based on job requirements and competencies career levels have been formed.

EDUCATION MANAGEMENT

  • Training Management is also implemented at İSKUR Group in order to improve the employees' knowledge and skills in accordance with the requirements of business to comply with the international competition, productivity and customer satisfaction requirements.
  • Every year in January, the Education Committee come together in order to evaluate the received trainings in the previous year and the trainings required are planned within the year and an Annual Training Plan is prepared.
  • Annual Training plan is prepared within the framework of the necessary documentation required for employees and training in specified subjects in internal and external of educational institutions are given
